By accessing or using SalesBob, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users of the service, including administrators and team members.

2. Account Registration

To use SalesBob, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SalesBob to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

4. Third-Party Integrations and Email Data

SalesBob offers optional integrations with third-party services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Gmail. By connecting your account, you authorize SalesBob to access data from these services on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect your account and share the data accessed through these integrations. Email content displayed through the email sync feature remains your data. When you share emails with team members on a deal, they can view the shared content. You may revoke access and disconnect integrations at any time.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Prices may change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

SalesBob and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you enter into the system.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalesBob shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination. We retain the right to delete your data 30 days after account termination.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of SalesBob after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Germany.
